About Us
Paolo and Judith are our on-site management team residing at bungalow #10. They can be counted upon to give their assistance whenever you need it. They are fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
They can help you with: tours, car hire, directions, horse-riding, surf lessons, whitewater rafting, canopy tours, new restaurants and find you the best Captains to fish with!
They are available 24/7 for EMERGENCIES.
Their team mate GARY is our full-time property manager. He and his staff keep our bungalows clean, our porches swept and our grounds beautifully manicured. Please ask - if you’d like an extra clean in your bungalow for a small additional charge.
Paolo is a fantastic MASSAGE THERAPIST with over 15 years of experience. He is licensed in the EU and the USA. He is also a fitness & martial art instructor. Please enquire for his availability and price list.
Judith can help to organize your EVENTS - just let her know in advance for birthdays, holidays and even weddings. Some evenings she will host get-togethers around the pool and tiki hut where guests can join in, bring food and drink and create a real party atmosphere. Get to know each other around the barbeque to the sound of salsa and merenghe.
Don Victor is our local FISHERMAN who visits each bungalow every other evening with his fresh catch. Perfect to take to the poolside gatherings!
Surfing starts at dawn and continues until nightfall. There’s always something to look at - parrots of every color, local cowboys, big lizards, a barn owl that flies over nightly and even passing whales in winter.
Each bungalow is unique both in it’s décor and positioning. There are 3 price options available.
The FRONT ROW bungalows #1, #2, #3, #4 have whitewater views and you can watch the surfers from these bungalows.
The SECOND ROW bungalows #5, #6, #7, #8 have partial whitewater views.
The CENTRAL pool is surrounded by bungalows #6, #7, #10, #11, #14, #15, #18, and #19. Perfect if you like to be near the action .
The LEFT SIDE row has clear views to the beach, The AlemandoTree and of the surrounding wilderness - that’s #1, #5, #9, #13, #17, #21, #25.
The RIGHT SIDE row has ocean, jungle and bungalow views and looks over towards the turtle sanctuary and the sunrise - #4, #8, #12, #16, #20, #24, #28
The BACK ROW bungalows have French Windows plus an additional back balcony with a peaceful jungle vista - that’s bungalows #25, #26, #27, #28
Some bungalows have 1 1/2 or 2 bathrooms: #9, #10, #11, #15, #17, #18, #19, #20, #26 and #27
