Also known simply as Hermosa Bungalows, our collection of twenty beachfront bungalows sits inside a lush private community, each one individually owned, uniquely decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. These are real, freestanding homes — warm, welcoming, and full of character — not sterile concrete condos.
Nestled on Costa Rica's Central Pacific coast in Playa Hermosa, just ten minutes south of Jacó Beach, we're only 1½ hours from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José — easy to get to, hard to leave.
Our property is elegantly landscaped and beautifully positioned on an unspoiled, undeveloped stretch of coastline. Playa Hermosa is one of Costa Rica's most iconic surf beaches, home to "The Tree" — a world-class wave breaking right outside your front door. Spend your days lounging by our stunning saltwater pool, strolling miles of pristine black sand beach, or savoring a lazy lunch on your private veranda while tropical birds drift overhead.
Every bungalow offers its own distinct experience. Choose a bungalow with sweeping whitewater views of the coastline, where you can watch surfers ride the swell from the comfort of your balcony. Opt for a poolside unit if you love being in the heart of the action, or find your perfect sunrise or sunset orientation. For something more intimate, our jungle-view bungalows open through sliding glass doors onto secluded back terraces, framed by the lush mountain range rising directly behind Playa Hermosa.
